In collaboration with the nextVision Group, the innovative 'Denner Service Management' project has now been successfully implemented. Denner consistently applies the discount concept and focuses on the implementation of important strategic factors relating to the customer experience, right at the point of sale. The various specialist departments within and across the branches regularly carry out checks and audits to ensure full compliance with these long-term strategic decisions, continuously optimising processes as these checks are performed. Based on the specific scenario, the results of the audit are automatically sent to the responsible employees in their own language so they can react immediately, if necessary.
Digitally Integrated Store Audits
As part of the digitalisation strategy, the complex requirements of all departments for checks, audits, and data collection on-site were analysed in great detail to create a catalogue of system requirements. With the flexible nextVision acture system as a basis, the entire process has been reengineered and developed into an innovative and tailor-made mobile software solution. Today, the various departments check all relevant points using a tablet device. All evaluations are carried out quickly and reliably using a traffic light system. All required master data from the host system is updated within the app on a daily basis. In addition to audits, the control and maintenance of master data, for example, for the safety equipment present, are now fully integrated into the process.
Significant Cost and Efficiency Advantages The auditors are convinced of the simple and systematic evaluation and documentation during their tour of the store using the acture app. The previously necessary reprocessing of collected data is now no longer needed.
