Cancellation

The partnership agreement can be cancelled at any time at the discretion of either party in accordance with the terms of the contract. A violation of contractually agreed terms or reasonable guidelines will lead to a cancellation of the partnership agreement by nextVision.

Examples for a cancellation by nextVision include 

a) partner did not participate in or complete required training components

b) partner does not show sufficient sales activities or does not generate leads

c) project-related or financial processes have not been followed

d) project implementation failed without the timely involvement of nextVision

e) warranted customer dissatisfaction

f) partner does not follow up despite demonstrated sales or up-sales potential

The partner must conclude the following activities upon contract cancellation

a) cease all sales and support activities

b) delete all training, sales, communication documentation

c) remove all references to nextVision

d) hand over and subsequently delete all project, system and client data

In the event of a cancellation, nextVision will immediately take over any clients and leads to facilitate a seamless transition. nextVision reserves the right to ensure that procedures are followed and to pursue violations in accordance with the law. Inactive partners will not receive remuneration for revenue from past leads generated by the partner.
