Mobile Auditing
Access the predefined check form for a specific location and assess each check point using predefined responses, additional text, or multimedia attachments. Take immediate action in case of negative outcomes by assigning tickets to others and managing corrective actions. Add digital signatures and finalise the form to trigger automated reporting. The system manages all data for check locations, check forms, assets or inventory, and reporting recipients.

Managing Tickets
As soon as a deficiency requiring immediate attention by a third party has been identified, a ticket can be issued directly from within the App. The recipient will receive a prioritised ticket with all relevant details. The in-built Ticket Management System ensures that nothing can be overlooked, forgotten or delayed without notice. The Ticketing System is not limited to users of nextVision acture and can be used to coordinate external service providers.

Automated
Generating Reports
As soon as the audit on the acture App is finalised, a detailed Report is available in the acture Panel and received as a PDF by any specified recipient without any further processing work. The check results are also filed in the history of the specific check location or item. Automated reporting provides convenient immediate results, allows the system to track performance over time, and is a key driver in the continued pursuit of excellence and transparency.
