acture Pro enables the client to mix and match additionally desired pre-developed software features to expand upon each performance category of the acture Standard offering. Further, acture Pro clients have the ability to expand the current feature set through customised software development additions or technology integrations which have been conceptualised in collaboration with the nextVision Business Solutions team based on a detailed review of the client's process requirements. These additional features are coded by our development team to create a truly bespoke software solution for demanding clients with complex requirements.

Pricing will be determined based on the selection of features in addition to any potential custom development costs. Should a partner determine that a client would likely benefit from Pro features and would consider this approach, it is important that the lead is identified as such to the nextVision team as soon as possible to facilitate the process.

How acture Pro differs from acture Standard

In general, acture Pro clients receive a more individualised level of service, expressed through a more detailed pre-purchase consultation, individually agreed upon trial conditions and periods, in-depth personal training (often on-site rather than online or video-based), and individual or process-related help and support. Further consulting components may include process and application advise and concepts, as well as the implementation of individual extensions.

Likewise, specified restrictions such as the number of users, roles, check catalogues, locations, PDF layouts, or data volume, as imposed on Basic and Standard packages, do not apply. The system will be set up to provide the exact environment required and the client will be charged according to the agreed performance delivered.

Check Catalogues

Pro clients may have sophisticated rating system requirements, deviating from weighted scores by introducing more layers or dependencies, which can be individually set up based on any desired logic. Pro clients also have the ability to perform a final edit on submitted check forms within the Panel. They are able to use standard text responses for common audit text commentary, see on demand information regarding regulations and laws to assist with the audit, copy check form templates for faster audit administration, annotate multimedia content to give more precise feedback, identify fault locations on plans to assist with corrective action, and schedule audits with the check calendar.

Item Checks

Only Pro offers the ability to perform checks based on items using an item-based check for the purpose of checking the specific item itself, rather than the facility where the item is located. This includes the current inventory, with the ability to fetch item data from the client's database.

Ticketing System

Pro has the ability to act as a standalone ticketing system to manage the status of tickets and coordinate preventive maintenance and external service providers. Alternatively, Pro can also integrate into an existing ticketing system through an API.

Device Management

Pro expands upon the device booking capabilities of Standard by facilitating more complex device transfer workflows that exactly follow the process requirements of the client organisation. An API enables the coordination with an existing database to integrate acture.

Reporting

Pro includes additional reporting features, such as a display of the current check status and an executive dashboard with useful graphical summaries of important metrics to gauge the current and overall performance across the organisation. Pro users can also add any type of file attachment to an internal library that synchronises with the App and Panel. Reporting to various recipients based on specific auditing outcomes is automated and structured based on prevailing hierarchies across departments. This ensures that the right person receives a report at the right time, and only then.

System Environment

acture Pro clients are able to use the system in multiple languages, with a database of translated terms enabling users across various language settings to see the same content in their own language. 

Optionally, the acture App component can also be developed for iOS or Android operating systems.
