Accredited partners are authorised to acquire and support clients for nextVision acture Basic and Standard software within the boundaries of the predetermined feature packages and within their contractually defined industry and geographical area. The latter generally depends on a partner's existing industry knowledge and location. For clients interested in an acture Pro engagement, partners can assist with lead generation and the initial contact, as well as other communication-related activities, however, the nextVision core team will take over the lead to guide the client through the more detailed software concept and development phases.
nextVision will provide software licenses, system setup services (acture system, layout, data entry, parameter settings, app store publication), maintenance and technical support, as well as hosting for the product. nextVision will also provide marketing collateral, contracts, processes and general support to the partner.
Partners are expected to function as an extension of the nextVision core team and engage in sales, non-technical account management and support, and, provided the partner is distributing to a region with a language not currently supported by nextVision, the translation of software components and documentation, as well as the initial training of client staff where required. Unless otherwise agreed, the partner is not authorised to charge a fee to the client for these additional services as these services are considered as part of the sales commission.
It is permitted to take a leave of absence as a partner, however, it is important that the earliest possible notice is given to nextVision to facilitate the coordination of a partner's responsibilities for as long as the partner is absent.

After submitting the Quiz component covering the content from these articles, our team will personally contact you to discuss your circumstances, related experience, industry affiliations, geographic reach, and partnership ambitions. Becoming a successful nextVision acture partner requires a combination of sales acumen, personality fit, and the ability to service an industry or geographical area not already allocated to another partner. These factors will be assessed on a case by case basis and reflected in the partnership contract.
Confidentiality
Any information exchanged as part of the partnership program, including information on this portal, are considered strictly confidential. The partnership contract will contain agreements to safeguard nextVision's intellectual property and client data. Where appropriate, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines will be attached. nextVision will only use your personal or account data for the purpose of the partnership process.
