Once a partner has gained accreditation, nextVision will engage in frequent communication to facilitate the agreed activities. In addition, nextVision will perform a structured quarterly review of partner activities to assess the performance and potential of each partner and identify opportunities to provide assistance or guidance.

Balanced Scorecard

Partner activities will be assessed once every 3 months based on a balanced scorecard (Partner BSC). nextVision, in cooperation with the partner, will collect and evaluate the relevant data based on the Partner BSC. If required, corrective measures or a cancellation of the partner contract may result. Partner performance will be assessed based on the following categories and criteria:

Financial Results: This includes the overall project revenue from new and renewed client engagements, margins, and the volume of maintenance fees.

Projects: The general duration of projects from start to finish, the gaining of reference clients, client satisfaction as surveyed independently by nextVision.

Processes: Lead generation and conversion ratio, sales activities and services, activities within the target industry.

Know how & Potential: Results of training activities, general knowledge and exposure to relevant industries.

The Partner BSC review process is open and transparent to encourage process improvements and identify any areas in need of further assistance or support. Individual circumstances of each partner are explicitly considered in an effort to ensure case by case responsiveness and flexibility.
