An active partner receives a sales commission for sold software licenses to leads previously registered in nextVision's CRM by the partner. For acture Basic and Standard, a partner receives a commission based on the initial sales volume, as well as the annual renewal revenue. Software licenses for Basic and Standard are based on set prices. For acture Pro, the partner receives a commission based on the initial sales volume, as well as for subsequent add-on sales. Software licenses for Pro are calculated individually based on the specific project requirements and development effort.
To be eligible for a commission, the partner must be active, involved in the sales process, and act as the first line of contact and support for the client. Assistance with general communication and system implementation (particularly if in a language not otherwise spoken by the nextVision management and technical support team) is also required.
Partner revenue from initial sales to new clients
As shown in the reference table below, partner remuneration on the initial sales volume ranges from 10% for acture Basic, to 20% for acture Standard, and 25% for acture Pro. This is due to the higher margins feasible when clients opt for a larger feature package.
Partner revenue from annual contract renewals of existing clients
For acture Basic and Standard, the partner is also eligible for 5% and 10% respectively of the renewal sales volume upon the annual renewal of a contract initially attributed to a partner, provided the partner is still active and providing support to the client. This provides ongoing income for the partner for as long as the client maintains the contract and the partner stays active.
The annual contract renewal commission does not extend to acture Pro.
Partner revenue from subsequent add-on sales commissioned by an existing client
For acture Pro clients, where it is common to expand upon the feature set with optional add-ons, a partner is eligible for 10% of the add-on revenue.
